PEB

We specialize in the structural design of PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings), creating lightweight, durable, and cost-efficient steel structures such as industrial sheds, warehouses, workshops, and commercial facilities. Unlike conventional construction, PEB structures are pre-designed and fabricated components assembled on-site, enabling faster construction, design flexibility, and large clear spans without intermediate columns. Our goal is to deliver PEB solutions that are strong, economical, and optimized for industrial and commercial use while ensuring safety, durability, and long-term performance. With our expertise, we provide wide-span industrial structures and warehouses that combine efficiency, cost savings, and exceptional structural reliability.

Steps of Structural Design of PEB

  1. Requirement Analysis – Understanding client needs, building type, size, span, and functional requirements.
  2. Site & Load Study – Analyzing soil conditions, wind loads, seismic forces, and environmental factors.
  3. Framing System Selection – Choosing the appropriate PEB framing system (clear span, multi-span, lean-to, etc.).
  4. Structural Analysis – Using software to analyze loads, stresses, and member sizes for strength and stability.
  5. Component Design – Designing rafters, columns, purlins, girts, bracings, and connections for efficiency and durability.
  6. Cladding & Roofing Design – Finalizing materials and layouts for roof sheeting, wall panels, and insulation.
  7. Material Optimization – Ensuring minimal steel wastage while maintaining safety and performance.
  8. Documentation – Preparing fabrication drawings, erection drawings, and technical specifications.
  9. Fabrication & Assembly Guidance – Supporting fabrication of pre-engineered components and providing on-site erection guidance.
